Quieter than the coast. The citadel, the river, and Dong Ba market are the week. Plenty of people come from Da Nang for a weekend. Some of them stay.
It suits someone who wants a slower Vietnamese city and does not need the beach every morning. Hue Central Hospital is a public hospital. It is not a Tuesday GP.
