• Profile information — anything you choose to add, such as your city, member type, bio, avatar and saved places.
• Concierge requests — the details you share when you ask for help, including service type, budget, timeline and contact preferences.
• Content you post — discussions, reviews, group activity and listings.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site, collected to improve it.

How we use it

• To run your account and show you relevant cities, guides, businesses and community content.
• To handle concierge requests and introduce you to trusted partners.
• To send service messages — confirmations, replies and account notices.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to provide the service: with the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email and payments), and — when you submit a concierge request or ask for an introduction — with the relevant partner so they can help you. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your information.

Payments

Subscriptions and paid services are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them directly under its own security standards.

Your choices

• You can view and edit your profile at any time from your account settings.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
