These terms govern your use of Asia Insights. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Asia Insights is

We provide information, community features and a concierge service to help you settle and live in Southeast Asia. We connect you with independent businesses and partners. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser, medical provider or estate agent, and the information on the site is for general guidance — not professional advice. Always confirm important details (visa rules, costs, legal and medical matters) with a qualified professional before acting.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Community and content

You own what you post, and you grant us permission to display it on the platform. Keep it lawful, accurate and respectful — no spam, harassment, or misleading claims. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Partners and introductions

When we introduce you to a partner, any agreement and payment for their services is between you and that partner. We vet partners in good faith but we don't guarantee their work and aren't responsible for it. Tell us if something goes wrong — we want to know.

Subscriptions and payments

Asia Insights is free to use. Optional Insider membership and paid services are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information found here or services provided by partners.
